Mystic Shores

Establishing Custom Home Community located 5 miles west of US 281 off of Hwy. 306 on the northern shores of Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River. Mystic Shores features 1-20 Acre Building Sites with available Gated Neighborhoods. The community is divided in half by Hwy. 306 and includes underground utilities on the south (lake) side and aboveground on the north side.  Different neighborhoods are also governed by unit specific building restrictions such as minimum living areas, allowable exterior finishes, and building setback requirements.  Horses are allowed on the north side of Hwy. 306.  All neighborhoods enjoy the spectacular park areas and amenities, including a resort style lakefront park and riverfront nature preserve.  There is much to choose from here so contact Kirk to help you find the perfect home or building site for your custom home at 830-237-2264 or Kirk@KirkRiedel.com
